Here it is in all its glory!
- 4 cups apples – chopped and peeled (approximately 4 apples)
- ¾ cups oil
- 1 cup nuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups flour
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into greased Bundt pan or 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 for one hour. Shift confectioner's sugar on top or serve with whipped cream, frosting, or ice cream.
